HOCANCE : VACANCE IN HOTEL
I like the cost of falsetto the most. The staff always smiled and responded. I liked the depth of the water in the pool on the roof. It was also convenient because I could do the tening there. Breakfast is made with a buffer and you can choose another food and it tastes good.
The Chinese got off the bus in front of the hotel in droves.

At this price there are better deals on the market
Size of the room, underground parking, situation of the room in the building.
1) it looks like this is a condominium building turned into hotel which results in some questionable decisions. 2) instead of double kingg or queen size bed I've got two single beds tired together.. Accordingly two maracess and a cruck on the middle of 'double' bed. 3) aircon was very weak ( so they installed portable fan in the room) and very noisy... It difficult speak of comfort if you have to listen to aircon all night. 4) building in front of the market which also adds some noise. 5) pool in the roof top isn't as beautiful as it shown at the picture and also badly situated... No use 6) the size of the gym is about 4-5 sqm... It is exactly size of the three machines showed on the picture, without aircon and also badly situated. No use. 7) laundry... Hotel saving on proper laundry facilities therefore you would find half of the rooftop (where the swimming pool is) used for bed sheets drying purpose.... Ugly 8) since there is not proper laundry... The blanket was sticking with smell of badly dried clothes... Both nights. 9) the hotel advertised very good breakfast which isn't true... Very poor buffet... Cheap food. 10) not all staff speaks English.

The breakfast was good but you have to add some details on...
The breakfast was good but you have to add some details on your order, I ordered omlette which didn't tell that with all fillings. It was served only egg, no any fillings at all. hahaha.. The bedding was comfort and the room was full of light which is good (I don't like a dimmer room). Strong shower jet. Night food market and night market was nearby.
The staff's hospitality at the front, she didn't serve the customers by queuing, but served the acquainted guest first in particular. The breakfast coupons weren't supplied at the time of checking-in, but I had to request at the front before the breakfast time on day by day, which I didn't know why and the staff couldn't give me a reason. Be careful of your car damage because of the unproportional slope of underground parking.

Wonderful hotel
The front staff was great, always had a smile to their face. The building is very well kept, all facilities were spotlessly clean and maintained. The location is close to the night market so there was no worry of where to find a meal. There are both 7-11 and familymart close by for convient snacks and drinks. I spent two days without the need to travel far as there are many to do in the surrounding area. Overall a great place for a family to stay while in Pattaya.
